1. **Introduction**  

   These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the competition ("Competition") organised by Cape Town Gin and Spirit Company (Pty) Ltd ("The Promoter"). By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. **Competition Description**  

   To enter, participants must purchase at least one (1) bottle of Cape Town Gin Pink Lady Gin on the official Cape Town Gin and Spirit Company website. Upon making a purchase, participants will be automatically entered into a lucky draw to win a High Tea experience at the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town for themselves and three (3) friends.

3. **Eligibility**  

   - The Competition is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

   - Employees of Cape Town Gin and Spirit Company (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

   - Proof of age and identity may be requested from the winner.

4. **Competition Period**  

   The Competition will run from **1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024**. No entries will be accepted after midnight on 31 October 2024.

5. **How to Enter**  

   - Entrants must purchase at least one (1) bottle of Cape Town Gin Pink Lady Gin from the official Cape Town Gin and Spirit Company website during the Competition Period.

   - Each qualifying purchase will count as one (1) automatic entry into the lucky draw.

   - No manual or additional entries are necessary.

6. **Prize Details**  

   One (1) lucky winner will receive the following prize:

   - A High Tea experience at the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town for the winner and three (3) friends.

   - The prize includes R1000 per person per night (one night total) towards accommodation expenses in Cape Town. Total value R4000.

   - The prize can only be used within November 2024 or between February and June 2025. 

   - If the winner resides outside Cape Town, the Promoter will arrange flights and transportation to Cape Town for the winner and their friends. If the winner is based in Cape Town, the Promoter will arrange alternative transport to and from the Mount Nelson Hotel.

   - All other expenses will be the winner's sole responsibility.

   - After the winner is announced on 1 November 2024, they will have until Friday 15 November, to decide which date to book the experience. If no date is decided by this date, the prize is forfeited. 

   

   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. No substitution of the prize is allowed unless agreed to by the Promoter in writing.

7. **Winner Selection and Notification**  

   - The winner will be selected by random draw on **1 November 2024**.

   - The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate.

   - The winner will be announced on the Cape Town Gin and Spirit Company website and/or social media platforms on **1 November 2024**.

   

   If the winner does not respond within **seven (7) days** of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner by a subsequent random draw.

8. **Prize Claim**  

   - The winner must communicate with the Promoter within seven (7) days to confirm acceptance of the prize.

   - The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, residence, and purchase before the prize is awarded.

   - If the winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize within the 7-day period, a new winner will be drawn, and the previous winner will forfeit any rights to the prize.

   - 

9. **General Conditions**  

   - The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the Cape Town Gin and Spirit Company website.

   - The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or in violation of these Terms.

   - The Promoter is not responsible for any technical or human errors, including but not limited to issues with internet connectivity, that may result in incomplete or lost entries.

   - The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Competition in cases of force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

10. **Liability**  

   - The Promoter will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of accepting, using, or enjoying the prize, except in the case of negligence by the Promoter.

   - By entering the Competition, entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims arising out of their participation in the Competition.

11. **Privacy and Data Protection**  

   - Any personal information provided during the course of the Competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and contacting the winner.

   - The Promoter will not share or disclose personal information with any third parties without the entrant's consent, except where required by law.

12. **Governing Law**  

   These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
